Ocean Two (known as O2) is a skyscraper of 273 meters and 73 floors, located in the growing sector of Costa del Este, Panama. Its construction began in * and concluded in late * date on which it officially became the tallest building in Panama, Central America and Latin America. However it was surpassed by the Gran Torre Santiago.

Its construction lasted 3 years and the design was in charge of the firm Pinzón Lozano & Asociados. This skyscraper is a predecessor building project of his brother elOcean One of 207 meters, which shares certain physical resemblances in the facade; located a few blocks of the same, in the same sector of Costa del Este on Avenida Paseo del Mar.
