Starting tomorrow, Thursday May 21 to Sunday 24, will be the Expo Vivienda 2015, a major event organized by the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC). The event will take place at the Atlapa Convention Center, and features more than 350 residential projects, beach and commercial.

More than 150 exhibiting companies comprised of Housing Developers, Real Estate, Mortgage Bank and Government Entities appointment at the Expo Vivienda CAPAC 2015, a real estate fair organized by the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (CAPAC) and sponsored by leading banks, media communication and local companies.
The previous edition of the Expo Vivienda had approved 113,000 projects immediately by the major banks with the best rates and competitive offerings. Nearly 1,500 housing solutions were also provided with housing from social interest to the most luxurious projects in the country.
In 2014, were gathered more than 40 thousand visitors, both domestic and foreign. For this year, it is expected to increase the number, because the entry is free and more than 350 projects of all kinds are offered: Residential, beach, field and commercial.
For this edition, the fair will feature various activities, such as selling projects and briefings. Also, there will be a section called “Do It Yourself”, offering workshops for learning how to choose the right pictures for the walls of a house depending on space, or how to avoid moisture in walls easily, or learn to give will be offered maintenance floors of the house, among many others.
